Fishing at Rathbun Lake

Rathbun Lake is Iowa’s second-largest lake, with 11,000 acres (44.52 km2) of beautiful water and 150 miles of shoreline. Fish for crappie, catfish, largemouth bass, and walleye.

Fish year-round or weather permitting.

COST

Fishing is included with any Honey Creek Resort reservation.
Non-resort guests can purchase a day pass for $20 per person.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own fishing gear.
Fishing poles, tackle, and bait are available at the Arena on a first-come, first-served basis.
Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
