Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A deposit of one night’s rental plus tax is required to confirm your reservations. This deposit will be applied to the first night of your reservation and will be applied to an early check-out. Deposits will only be refunded if a cancellation is made more than 14 days before the arrival date. On a later cancellation, or early check-out, the deposit is nonrefundable.
Room, Cottage and RV Site Assignments
Room, Cottage and RV Site assignments are made the day of arrival. We accept requests for specific units and locations and we will make every effort to honor these requests. However we cannot guarantee which room, cottage or RV Site will be assigned to you.
Most weekends and holidays have a minimum stay of two or three nights. Discounts, if applicable, are taken off of posted rack rate and may not be combined with special packages or offers. Sales tax is not included in the rates. All of our accommodations are smoke-free. Check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m.
Pet dogs are welcome in a limited number of guest rooms and cottages (you must ask for a “Pet Unit”) for a $20 per night, up to $60 fee, which will be added to your room rate upon arrival. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pet inside or outside of the unit. Pets must be leashed at all times.
